Graduating high school - and starting at UMD

Last week I graduated from high school and close a chapter that has shaped who I am as a student, leader, entrepreneur, and aspiring technologist.

Over the past four years, I had the opportunity to lead our Robotics Club, grow Saggu Artistry from an idea into a business serving customers across the country, explore artificial intelligence through projects and coursework, and intern with Sixfold, where I worked alongside engineers applying AI to real-world challenges.

Balancing academics, leadership roles, athletics, entrepreneurship, community involvement, and family responsibilities wasn't always easy, but those experiences taught me some of my most valuable lessons: growth happens outside your comfort zone, great things are built through persistence, and the best opportunities come from being willing to take on new challenges.

This fall, I am excited to begin the next chapter at the University of Maryland, studying Computer Science. I'm looking forward to exploring AI and machine learning, pursuing research opportunities, competing in startup and innovation programs, and taking advantage of UMD's incredible connections to the Washington, D.C. technology ecosystem.

Thank you to my family, teachers, mentors, coaches, teammates, and friends who supported me throughout this journey.

High school gave me the foundation. Now it's time to build what's next.
